Then I started looking for another ways to eat beetroots raw. Juicing beets was an obvious option. After trying many different recipes, finally I found a recipe which was the Best Beet Juice Recipe ever. The color of this beet juice is so extraordinary, beautiful red, that it looks tempting. It tasted so heavenly that I could drink it every day. After 2 months my hemoglobin reached 11.4 which was quite a great accomplishment.

  1. 2 medium sized Beets with stem and leaves attached.
  2. 4 Carrots
  3. 1 Apple
  4. 1 small piece of ginger
  5. Half lemon


  1. Wash all the ingredients properly especially beets as it might have lot of dirt.
  2. Take the top off of carrots and beets.
  3. Cut into manageable pieces so that it can pass through the Juicer.
  4. Juice and Enjoy!! This recipe will make 2 glasses of juices.

  1. I love juicing and though beet root juice isn’t my favorite, it is way better than wheat grass juice. YUCK! Actually my favorite recipe which I make quite often is Carrot, Apple, Ginger. My second favorite is pineapple (with the outer skin) and strawberries. I have had two juicers ever since I started about 17 years ago and both have been Juiceman Juicers. – Great post!

  2. Wow!! you have been juicing from very long time. I started approx. 6 months ago and absolutely fell in love with it. Carrot, Apple and Ginger are my favorite ingredients too. They can make any juice taste good. I add them with all kinds of green vegetables like spinach, kale and broccoli. I am using Omega J8006 Masticating Juicer. Its amazing juicer, it can juice anything.
