2. Juicing is more beneficial than Cooking – The other way to get your required nutrients is by cooking food. You can make soups, boil or steam vegetables or fry them. Although there are some vegetables that have to be cooked, like potatoes, but most of the fruits and vegetables lose their nutrients when cooked. Juicing, however, comes without the risk of losing any nutrients, since heat is not involved in juicing.
3. Usage of wider variety of Vegetables – You can make juice with literally any vegetable and when combined with right fruit, it’s easily drinkable. I never thought I will be able to eat kale, broccoli or beet root ever and now I love eating them (or rather drinking them!) through juice. And when you know how many vitamins and minerals you are drinking through that glass of juice, it tastes even better! 🙂
4. Detoxifies your System – Juicing detoxifies your body i.e. cleans the toxins from various organs in your body. We are exposed to toxins through air we breathe, food and medicines we eat and so many other ways. Chemicals are everywhere around us. It’s very important to get rid of them for a healthy lifestyle, higher energy level and stronger immune system.
